Make up and Special Effects:
Tim Peirson is an amazing artisan. He sculpts, does special effects make-up, including really incredible teeth and latex face pieces. He has a doll series that is both eerie and compelling. He can also do beauty make up. Check out his website and his Model Mayhem portfolio.
Screening Rooms:
Winestyles, located on 30th and Pearl Street in Tacoma is a wonderful wine store. It is right next to the Safeway on Pearl Street. The interior of the store is gorgeous, but even more gorgeous, if you join their monthly wine club (roughly about 35 dollars) you can enjoy two bottles of wine a month as well as access to their wine tasting room which also happens to be a gorgeous screening room with ultra luxe chairs.
Keep in mind, this is a business. You need to be drinking wine to be in the back room!
